Ken founded the Vanguard Group for Leadership in 2013. The Group is organized into two units. Vanguard Advisory supports C-Suite executives driving high performance transformation in their organizations. The Vanguard Network is a unique membership organization for current and future C-Suite leaders, dedicated to high-level leadership development and networking.

Through Vanguard Advisory, Ken and colleagues serve as a sounding board and counsel to senior executives take their leadership capabilities to a higher level, and as they address important leadership and strategic challenges, internally and externally. Vanguard also has significant experience working with top leaders to position themselves, and their organizations.

Ken has helped to execute multiple global organizational transformations, both to raise the performance of already successful companies, and to develop strategy and execution plans for turnarounds. Ken is experienced in building high performance cultures, as a key driver of long-term success.

The Vanguard Network is a by-invitation program for members who are current and future C-Suite executives from across the business ecosystems. Through events, learning materials, on-line engagement, dinners and other channels, the members gain special insights into succeeding at the top. Members also network with each other, and a faculty of top leaders and leadership experts. The Network was launched in 2014.

A hallmark of the Network is the Vanguard Forums. The one- to two-day Forums engage members with a faculty of current and former CEOs and board leaders, in a variety of intimate sessions and networking events — all focused on critical leadership topics.
